Easy Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1 lb. Beef Round Steak, lean3/4 cup green bell pepper strips1/2 cup red bell pepper strips1/2 cup yellow bell pepper strips1/2 cup sliced onion1 clove garlic6 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp black pepper
Directions
Cut meat, peppers and onions into strips. Sear meat in pan over med. high heat(optional). Press clove of garlic into crock, add all ingredients, cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Best served over rice.
