Tarragon Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive OIlJuice of 1 lemon (approx 3 tbsp) Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Vinegar can be used as well3 TBSP Dijon Mustard2 cloves of garlic, minced1 medium shallot, minced ( approx 3 tbsp)1 Tbsp dried tarragon (crushed before adding) or 2-3 Tbsp fresh chopped
Directions
Whisk ingredients in a bowl or food processor until combined, store in the fridge and let thaw before using.
