Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c margarine/butter3/4 c splenda sugar blend for baking1 egg white1 c canned pumpkin 1 tsp vanilla2.5 c flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 cup chocolate chips (I used Hershey's Special Dark)1 cup oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together butter and Splenda blend, then add in the egg, pumpkin and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (from flour to nutmeg). Add the dry mix to the wet mix and mix with blender. After all is mixed, stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop onto cookie sheet. I made 35 cookies, but tend to eat a lot of dough :) Cook about 15 mins.
