2.5c Quaker 1 minute oats1.5c 2%milk1 egg2tbsp Canola oil1 tsp Vanilla extract1/3 c Maple syrup1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Baking powder1/4 tsp Salt1c Blueberries
Mix milk and oats and refrigerate until milk is absorbed. Mix all over ingredients except the blueberries. Add mix to oats and poor 1/4c of mixture into oil sprayed muffin tin (12cups). Top with blueberries. Preheat oven to 375 and bake 25 to 30 mins. Muffins will be springy to the touch when done.
