Donut Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup melted margarine1/2 cup non-fat milk1 tsp baking powder1 cup white flour1/8 cup melted margarine1/8 cup granulated sugar1 tsp cinnamonIn a bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup margarine.Stir in milk then baking powder and flour. Spoon into cups half full. ToppingIn a separate small bowl melted margarine.In another bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon.While muffins are still hot/warm, dip top into the melted margarine then into the sugar cinnamon mixture. Cool. Serve.
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. grease 8 sections of cupcake pan Or 24 mini-muffin pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until tops are lightly golden.
Then follow with the topping mix.
