Chicken Breast, no skin, fried, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices (remove)Celery, cooked, .5 cup, diced (remove)Brussels sprouts, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt (per sprout), 8 serving (remove)*Onion - Yellow (1 Cup), 1 serving (remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)*Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*Spinach, cooked, .5 cup (remove)
Put veggies in one pan, cook chicken in another. About 15 min in, add ½ the liquids to each dish, cook 5 min in the liquids, combine, cook until sprouts are to taste.
