Detox Drink

Ingredients
1 tbsp Chia seeds1 oz. Braggs unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar1 oz Fresh lemon juice1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp ground cinnamon32 oz water
Directions
In a big glass, mix all ingredients together then add the water. Let sit for a bit for the chia seeds to bloom. Chill for an hour or add ice and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes one big serving to sip on for a few hours.
