2 lbs ground beef1 lb ground pork2 (1 ounce) packages of dry onion soup mix3/4 cup of BBQ sauce1/2 cup chopped oniongarlic salt to taste
1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
2. Combine ground beef, ground pork, onion sup mix, BBQ sauce, chopped onion, and garlic salt in a large bowl. Lightly form mixture into 9 patties.
3. Cook on preheated grill until the burgers are cooked to your desired degree of donesness. About 5 minutes per side for well-done. An instant read thermometer should read 160 degrees Fahrenheit .
