30 gram(s) Dymatize Elite XT rich vanilla, 30 gram(s) GROUND old fashioned oatmeal, .25 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk,2 Egg whites 1tsp BAKING POWDERpkt of splenda/ stevia *** Extracts dictate your flavor***you can also add in fruit about 1/4c chopped Protein glaze7 gram(s) Dymatize Elite XT rich vanilla, 1tbl Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk,1 splenda/ stevia pkt depending on how sweet you like it
In small bowl combine all dry ingredients ( including added spices... cinnamon)
Combine all wet ( eggs, extracts, milk and fruit) mix well
Add wet to dry shouldn't be to thick but not like soup either.
Spray a mini pie tin or a mini loaf tin and pour in batter.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 min
While baking mix up protein glaze extracts can be used here as well ( but just a a drop at at time its very concentrated)
Once bread is done let cool for a few min and add glaze.
May be stored in the fridge for up to a week of froze.
