Rice Cooker Herb Lentils and Rice

Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth1 1/8 dry lentils, rinsed1 1/8 chopped onion3/4 cup uncooked brown rice1/4 cup plus 1/8 cup white cooking wine1 tsp dried basil1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp ground pepper2 Tbsps olive oil6 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
In large rice cooker insert combine all the ingredients except the swiss cheese. Set to cook. When done, divide into six shallow bowls and place a slice of cheese over the top right away to melt. I like to eat this with steamed butternut squash.
