3 large eggs1/2 c lowfat milk1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese1/4 c canned green chilis1/2 c gluten free bisquicksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
heat oven to 400D
mix all ingredients well
grease small baking dish or muffin pans
bake for 30 minutes or until firm in the center
