Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 cup (remove)*Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar (1oz), 4 oz (remove)*Weight Watchers, Whole Wheat bread, 2 slices, 3 serving (remove)*Jennie-O Turkey breakfast sausage link, 4 serving (remove)
Directions
Mix together egg substitute and milk. Shred cheese and add to mixture. Dice uncooked sausage and add to mixture.
Dice bread, place in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Pour egg mixture on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
