Ingredients
5 eggs beaten3 oz any cheese1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese1/3 cup 1% milk1 tsp salt1 gluten free pie crustadd vegetables or meat as desiered
Directions
mix all ingredients together (except crust). pour into frozen pie crust. cook at 350 for 35-45 minutes, until set.
