7 Ingredient No Bake Protein Bars

1 1/4 cup Quaker Oats4 scoops vanilla protein powder4 tbsp natural peanut butter2 tbsp ground flax seeds3 tbsp honey or agave1/3 cup Craisins, raisins, chocolate chips or coconut2 teaspoons vanilla extract1/2 cup water
Line a regular loaf pan with parchment or waxed paper.
Stir together oats, protein powder & flax seeds. Add in peanut butter, honey, vanilla, Craisins & water. Mix until all ingredients are blended.
Transfer mixture to the loaf pan. Press firmly into corners.
Place into freezer for 10 minutes.
Remove from freezer, cut into 6 bars.
Wrap individual bars in waxed paper for easier handling.
Keep refrigerated or freeze for lunches or snacks.
Serving Size: 6 bars (4 1/2" x 1 1/2")
