Martha White Wildberry Muffins with a healthy spin

2 packages Martha White Wildberry Muffins1.5 cups 2 % Milk3 Tbsp Hodgson Milled Flax Seed4 Tbsp OR 1/4 cup Chia Seed
Set the oven to 425 degrees.
Empty 2 pkgs of Martha White Wildberry Muffins and 3 tbsp of Flax Seed into a bowl.
Pour in 1 1/2 cups of Milk. Stir until mixed well.
Grease the muffin cup pan with a little butter.
Mix in Chia Seeds.
Spoon mixture into the greased muffin cup pan.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Serving Size: 12 muffins (just use all of batter)
