1 pound turkey sausage1 large onions chopped2 green bell peppers chopped2 cans of black beans (15 ounce)2 cans diced tomatoes (15 ounce)3/4 cup uncooked instant rice1 Tbsp minced garlic1 tsp red crushed peppersalt and pepper to taste
Brown Turkey sausage, add butter, garlic, onions and peppers cook till soft. Add everything else and cook on low until all of the liquid is adsorbed by the dry instant rice.
