Ingredients
15 oz. LIbby's 100% PumpkinGreat Value Devil's Food Cake Mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix the can of pumpkin with the Devil's Food cake mix. Add NOTHING else. At first it won't look like it'll mix up enough, but it will. Cook for 20-25 min. I love to top these with fresh sliced strawberries and fat free whippped topping. Whatever you top them with, make sure and add that to the nutritional value. Enjoy!

I think something went wrong with your nutrition calculator. Yours say 22.6 grams of fat. Mine came up to 2.6 grams. These were INCREDIBLE and super moist. The best low cal, low fat muffin's I've ever had, and I've been making a lot of different kinds of muffins lately. Thanks for the recipe!!!! - 1/21/13

Delicious and easy. I sometimes just make a bread out of it. - 12/14/11

I love these. You can basically use any flavor of cake mix for variety, and sometimes I throw in dried fruits and/or nuts. That ups the calories but makes for a very delicious, satisfying muffin. Extremely easy & inexpensive. I add about 1 c. water to make it more manageable. Bakes up great. - 3/18/11

I cook a lot and this is a great recipe! My kids loved them too. No frosting needed! I made mini muffins and cooked them for about 13 minutes. FABULOUS! - 3/3/11

They were good but I had trouble getting them to firm up, I think that I will try again. The taste was good and the kids liked them. - 2/9/11

These are fantastic! I add a few chocolate chips to them, but they are still great without the chips. - 3/21/09

I make these all of the time. Sometimes I put them in a pan and make bars...I like to add 1/2 cup water and 3 egg whites to make them lighter. I am surprised there is that much fat in them though...I run a chidlcare & I use for cupcakes with the kids, very healthy! - 7/16/08

Don't be afraid to try these if you're not sure about using pumpkin. They really taste so chocolately and delicious. I added 2 Tbsp of mini chocolate chips which only adds 10 calories per muffin! I will make these again! - 7/15/08

I LOVE these muffins! I found the recipe in the Hungry Girl book. They are the most moist and delicious muffins you can make. But beware, most muffin pans only make 12 muffins and if you make 12, the calories increase to 183 cals, 3 gr of fat - 4 WW points. - 6/6/08

My 6 year old boy was very excited to eat these muffins because he made them. He said he wanted to take them to school for his "birthday treat". He thought everyone would love them. - 5/8/08

These are wonderful !!!!Makes a great breakfast muffin with coffee. I prepared them this morning and they were a hit. I can't wait to try them as a dinner dessert with strawberries and whipped topping. I will be making these many many times. I think I might try these with a Spice Cake Mix also - 3/30/08
