Mediterranean Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
2 small spaghetti squash1 small red pepper, chopped1 small green pepper, chopped1 lb. lean ground turkey, browned1 can petite diced tomatoes (I blend it but you don't have to)1 jar Mezzetta Mediterranean Olive sandwich spread1/2 c. shredded parmesan
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash until slightly soft. Cool until you can handle. In the meantime, brown the ground turkey; drain. In a large pan or bowl, combine peppers, tomatoes, sandwich spread and cheese with turkey. Scrape spaghetti squash out of shell and add to turkey mixture. Mix well. Place all in a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
