Carrot Cake

Ingredients
144 drops stevia1/2 c white rice flour1/2 c oat bran1 egg2 T egg white1/2 t vanilla1/2 t baking soda1/2 c granola cereal1 1/2 c carrots purree1/2 c almond oil
Directions
put every thing in a bowl, stir well
preheat oven to 350
oil and flour a 8x8 square pan or one round cake pan
spoon batter into pan
place in oven for 35-45 min
