Zucchini Apple bread

Ingredients
sprouted wheat flour, .5 cup oat flour, .5 cup *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp cardamom, ground, .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp 2 large eggs Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked Coconut Oil, .25 cup Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw, .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Honey, .5 cup *Zucchini, shredded, 2 cup (2 med zucchini) Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1diced
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, cardamom. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugars, honey, oil, zucchini, apple, applesauce. Add zucchini mixture to flour and stir just until combined. Grease 2 loaf pans and spoon batter into the prepared pans.

Cook 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool for a few mins in pan and then remove from pan and cool completely on racks.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves, 16 slices each
