Ingredients
Chicken breast boneless skinless (sams club), 32 oz (remove)*CHEESE grated parmesean cheese, harris teeter, .5 cup (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
cut chicken into 3 oz portions, rub with olive oil, mix all other ingredients together then coat the chicken with the mixture on both sides. Place breaded chicken in sprayed pan and cook for 35-60 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken.
