Inredients:Flour, white, 1/2 to 1 cup (don't need too much flour, for thinner sauce and less calories)Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread, 2 tbspMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 125 gramsParsley, dried, 1 tbspWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Melt butter
Stir flour through until mixed
Add a bit of milk at a time while whisking each time to remove any clumps
Add water, using same method
Boil until floury taste gone, stir occasionally (about 10 mins)
Add dried parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size: makes 8-10 side servings
