Directions
Soak Lima beans over night.
Fry onions, celery, tomato paste & garlic in oil. Once tomato paste has changed colour add celery & carrots. Mix and fry for 2 minutes add lima beans , salt and cover with enough water to cover lima beans and bake until lima beans are soft.
