Pradnya's prawn schezwan

Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped finePrawn, raw, medium sized, 250 gms, cleaned and deveinedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, stripsGarlic, 15 cloves, chopped finegreen chillies, 5 , chopped fine Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp chings secret schezwan sauce, 50 gramsWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
heat oil in a pan.
add the chopped onions, chillies and garlic and fry for 3 min.
add green bell pepper fry for 1 min.
add ching secret schezwan sauce, stir for 2 min
add the turmeric powder and the devined prawns
mix all ingredients and then add the water and let simmer till prawns get cooked.
you can substitute shredded chicken for the prawns
serves 4
serve with steamed rice
