Combine 1 medium avocado finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1/4 red onion finely chopped, 1 clove garlic minced, 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 tsp ground cumin, 1/4 tsp ground black peppe. Toss w/ juice of 1 large lime, let sit 30 minutes
