We loved this dish because first of all it's quick and easy. Second it's absolutely delicious. The texture of the meaty shrimp (I used medium) balances the bright bold flavor. The only thing I might add is: If you don't want the strong lemon flavor, adjust the amount of juice. - 10/16/12

I used a whole head of roasted garlic and 15 jumbo shrimp - did not spray my glass baking dish and this cooked up great and tasted awesome. Served 6 (3 oz) shrimp over 2/3 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti with 2 tbsp sauce and a sprinkle of fresh ground black pepper.yummmm - 1/13/12

this was VERY good! I'm new to cooking shrimp and this was very simple, very flavorful and it was hard for me not to eat BOTH servings! (but I didn't) I will definitely make this again and again! Thank you :) - 2/3/11

Incredibly easy. My fiance had bought shrimp without any set plan as to how to cook them, and we had all the ingredients on hand in the kitchen. Within 15 minutes we were enjoying dinner. I did cut the butter back from 2 TBSP to just 1 TBSP, and it was still delicious. Outstanding! - 8/1/10

Very yummy and easy to prepare. I threw mine in my toaster oven for 10 minutes and it was perfect. I served it over a bed of couscous. I will definitely make this again. - 5/20/10

This is, without a doubt, amazing. I really can't say anymore than that except that I'm appreciative of this recipe because now I have something new and yummy to do with my shrimp. Thanks! - 10/31/12

All has been said! Very good and easy with little cleanup. It will replace my classic scampi recipe for the holidays. - 10/13/15

Very easy to prepare but great flavor. Used Soy sauce and rice vinegar since i had no Worcestershire. Put in about a TBSP of red pepper flakes instead of 1/4 tsp (oops) but that turned out to give it a nice bit. I used only about 25% of the lemon juice called for based on other reviews. - 1/7/13

Not sure where I messed up. Maybe someone can help me. But it was waaaay too lemony. I ended up taking the shrimp out of the sauce and putting in a seperate bowl so they would not soak up any more lemon flavor. The garlic did not balance at all. should i have sauteed the garlic first? - 10/2/11
