    Absolutely awesome! Works just like powdered sugar. I used it to make a glaze for a cake. To the recipe, I added 2 TBSP sugar free pancake syrup and 1 TBSP water. Perfect consistency for spreading over the warm layers. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I know I will be using it often! - 3/19/14

    I saw this same recipe on Splenda website and have now tried twice - once in a glaze and once as powdered sugar on french toast. Not totally satisfying - reminds me of a diet food substitute for real conf. sugar. Nonetheless, usable and good to know about when needed. Thanks for posting! - 7/5/14
