Aunt Rita's Bananna Bread

0.50 cup Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 20 mL Water, tap 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 255 Flour, white
Reserve baking soda aside in a tea cup.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time until combined.
Add vanilla.
Add bananas, one at a time until il combined. The older/darker the bananas the better the flavour.
Add dry and mix gently.
Boil water and add boiling water to baking soda in tea cup. Pour unto batter and fully combine.
Place in a parchment lined loaf pan.
Bake 45min at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.
Watch carefully so bottom doesn't burn and bread doesn't dry out.
