Ginger beer

Ingredients
2 pounds of ginger1 cups of raw sugar6 limes
Directions
Boil 2 pounds of pureed ginger in 1 gallon of water for an hour. Strain. Add 1 cup raw sugar and the juice of 6 limes. Cool and serve.
