Ingredients
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 ½ cupsOatbran, 1 cupBaking Powder, 1.5 tspBaking Soda, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tspCloves, ground, .25 tspSplenda Sugar Substitute, ½ cupEgg white, fresh, 2 largeFlax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed by Flax USA, 1 tbsp mixed with 3 tbls waterAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable, 4 ozVanilla Extract, 1 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbspPumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin, 1 cupGreek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat, ⅓ cup
Directions
Mix together wet into dry ing. and mix gently until just mixed. Spoon into oiled (I use olive oil spray) muffin tins.

Bake 350 deg for 20-30 minutes on middle rack.

Options: substitute ½ cup pumpkin and ½ cup unsweetened applesauce or 1 cup mashed bananas for pumpkin (nutrient change)
