Cheesy Pasta Bake with Ground Tukey Meat Sauce

1 DelGrosso Pepperoni Spaghetti Sauce1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Turkey2 (dry) cups Whole Wheat Elbow MacaroniKraft Velveeta made with 2% Milk. 1/2 White Onion1 tsp. Cayenne or Red Pepper Flakes (optional)2 tsp. Italian Seasoning (optional)
-Chop onions.
-Start water to boil according to instructions on box of macaroni.
-Brown turkey in large skillet (make sure skillet has large sides, preferably a chicken fryer) and drain and remaining fat.
-Add chopped onions, Cayenne/Red pepper, and Italian Seasoning and cook and until onions and slightly tender.
-Add jar of sauce to turkey and let simmer while pasta cooks.
-Drain pasta and return pasta to pot.
-Add meat and sauce mixture to macaroni and mix well, add about half to 8x8 Pyrex baking dish.
-Cut 4 1 oz. squares of Velveeta and add 1 square to each corner.
-Cover cheese with remaining pasta mixture and top with the rest of cheese, except using 4 .5 oz squares for each corner.
-Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Makes four very hearty servings.
