Chunky low sodium pasta sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 c finely chopped celery1 c finely chopped onion1 c finely sliced carrots1 tbsp sun-dried tomato and herb seasoning1 tbsp roasted garlic seasoning( seasoning is from the Blue Menu brand)put all the ingred is a sauce pan and saute until soft, then add the following ingred:8 ripe tomatoes, skinned and chopped1 can mushrooms1 can hunts tomato paste1 tbsp white sugar1 cup waterstir all together, cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes
