2 lg. Zuchini1 cup of pasta sauce1 garlic clove 1 onion1lb. Lean ground hamburger 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning1 tomato1 bell pepper1 cup of motzorrila cheese
Brown ground meat with onions and garlic til no pink. Drain any fat. Add bell pepper,italian seasonings, tomato, and pasta sauce let simmer for 10 mins. Cut zuchini length wise. Hallow out zuchini removing seeds to make a shell. Remove meat mixture from heat add half of the 1 cup cheese to meat mixture then fill zucchinis with meat mixture on to a baking dish sprinkle with other half of cheese bake at 400° bake 20 mins or til cheese is bubbleing hot and zuchinni is soft.
