Fruit Yogurt and Vegie smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 fresh banana1/4 C Greek yogurt1/4 C whole rolled oats2 Tbsp flax seed1/2 Cup frozen mixed berries6-8 oz coconut waterCan add fresh spinach or kale if you choose. Use a full size blender container if you choose to do so.
Directions
Add frozen berries to single serve blender container.
Spoon in 1/4 cup Faye plain Greek yogurt
Add 1/4 cup uncooked whole rolled oats
Add 1/2 banana cut in pieces
Add 2 tbsp organic flax seed
Pour in 6-8 oz coconut water

Can add fresh spinach or kale - you cannot taste the greens if you do!

Blend until smooth and enjoy. You will remain full for hours!
