Six Weeks Muffins

Ingredients
5 c. flour2 tsp. baking soda3 c. sugar4 eggs beaten1 c. salad oil, I use corn oil1 qt. buttermilk1 box of bran cereal, or raisin bran cereal
Directions
Sift flour and soda in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Store in frig in a covered airtight container. Will keep for six weeks. Scoop out what you need into muffin tin each morning and bake. 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes for regular muffin pan or 17-22 for large muffins.
