Cream of Broccoli Crockpot Chicken

2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets,2 Cups Fresh Cauliflower, 2 Cups Fresh Mushroom, sliced. 4 Chicken Breasts, no bone, no skin, 1 can (10 oz) Condensed, Campbells Low fat Cream of Broccoli soup and about 1/2 can of water. Season as you wish. (I sprinkled Mrs Dash evenly) and 3 Tbsp of French Fried Onions, if you like.
Place fresh vegetables in crockpot, place chicken on top, sprinkle seasoning if desired. Put soup over top with just about 1/2 can of water. Throw 3 tbsp of the French Fried Onions on the very top. Turn on low and cook for about 8 hrs depending on your crock. Personally, I don't eat the onions, I just like the flavour. Enjoy and let me know how you like it.
