Healthy Warm Coleslaw

Ingredients
5 cups ColeSlaw mix (1/2 of a 16oz. bag)1 Granny Smith Apple, finely diced/chopped (1/2 inch pieces)1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup Apple Juice1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients into medium saucepan. Simmer over low to medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until cabbage is cooked but apples are still a bit firm.
