Farfella Italian soup

Ingredients
1 box Farfella or favorite large pasta, cooked1 can diced tomatoes any flavor1 can white beans any type1 large roasted red pepper diced1 large onion chopped1/2 cup chopped olives1 clove minced garlic4 cups chicken or vegetable broth2 cups shredded chicken1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
cook pasta el dente'
saute onion and garlic in a dutch oven in 1 tbls olive oil, add peppers olives chicken tomatoes and broth, cook until it just starts to boil, turn it down. Add 2-4 cups of water for desired thickness. Add beans and parmesan cheese, pasta and let simmer on low for 20 to 30 minutes
