chia pumpkin muffins

Ingredients
1 TBSP chia seeds1 cup whole-wheat or whole grain flour1/2 cup white flour2 tsp cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp nutmeg2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 can (16 oz) organic pumpkin ( I make my own, use 2 cups pureed)1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup agave nectar1 TBSP vanilla1/2 cup walnus or pecans ( I used 1.5 oz walnuts)
Directions
bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. I sprayed the muffin pan with oil.
