Ingredients
2 eggs2 T. coconut milk2 T. coconut flour
Directions
1. Beat together eggs & coconut milk.
2. Add coconut flour & mix
3. Pour 1/4 cup-fulls of batter onto hot griddle & cook for about 1 min on each side - watch carefully as they burn easily.
4. Top with topping of choice

Serving Size: Makes 4 small pancakes
