Garlic Lime Chicken Dinner for 2

Ingredients
2 thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp minced garlicjuice of 1/2 lime1/2 tsp dried parsley1 cup brown rice - boil in bag variety1 bag frozen broccoli
Directions
Place chicken breasts, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and parsley in a ziplock bag. Shake around well so that everything combines and coats both chicken breasts. Place in refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes to marinate. While that is marinating, start the rice. Spray a skillet with non stick spray, then begin to cook chicken breasts. Place broccoli in a microwave safe covered bowl and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until steaming hot. Thin sliced chicken breasts only need to cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, so by the time they are finished, the entire meal should be hot and ready to serve. Enjoy!
Makes 2 servings of: 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 2/3 cup broccoli.
