Roasted Chicken with Rosemary (166 grams w/bone)

1/2 of a whole chicken (1000 grams or 2 lbs) **this includes the bones**approx 1/2 of a medium onion, chunked1 tsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbps dried rosemary
Chunk onion, place in botton of a roasting dish, sprinkle a bit of Rosemary on top. Place the halved chicken on top. rub the olive oil onto chicken, Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and the remaining rosemary.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Make sure the internal temp of the meat is 165 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
