Farfalle with Turkey Sausage and Tomatoes in a Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
• 12 oz Barilla PLUS Farfalle• 1 lb extra lean ground turkey• 2 tsp garlic powder• 1.5 tsp Fennel seed• 1 ½ tsp dried oregano• ½ tsp black pepper• ½ tsp red pepper flakes• ½ cup diced onion• 3 cloves garlic • 1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup• 2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes• ½ tsp Kosher salt• 1 tsp basil• 3 tbsp fresh parsley
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.

2. Combine ground turkey, garlic powder, fennel seed, 1 tsp oregano, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Brown turkey in a large, deep, non-stick skillet over medium heat.

3. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, basil, remaining oregano, and salt. Simmer about 5 minutes.

4. Stir cooked pasta into sauce, and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.
