Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast1 lb Broccoli Florets3 Large Celery Stalks3 Large Carrots1/2 Large Yellow Onion or 1 Bundle Green Onions1 Package of Lee Kum Kee Kung Pao Chicken Sauce1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Chop vegetables into bite size pieces, place in a bowl and put aside. Chop chicken breast into bite size pieces and saute in a large pan with 1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the vegetable and saute for about 2 minutes. Add the sauce packet, bring to a simmer.
