Ingredients:*Besan - 1 cup, 1 serving Green Beans (snap), 60 beans (4" long) Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp *Cumin Seed, Ground (1Tbsp), 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 clove Ginger Root, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Asafoetida / Hing, 0.5 tsp *Salt, Sifto Table Salt, 1.25 tsp *Spice, Mustard (seed), .25 tsp Ajwain seeds .50 tsp.fresh coriander leaves .25 cup
Cut Green beans into small piece. Wash and strain them. Take Besan in a bowl and add all the spieces, turmeric, red pepper, cumin & coriander powder, salt, hing, little bit of garlic and ginger paste, add some water and little oil mix it up and make a dough.
Add rest of the oil in a pan when heated add mustered seed, ajwain seeds, hing garlic and ginger paste and last green beans add turmeric,red pepper, cumin and coriander powder, salt and water about 2 cups. When it comes to a boil take the besan dough and pinch with a finger and add 1 by 1 in boiling water. when all added then cover and let it cook for 5 to 8 min. when done add diced fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
Serving Size: 5 to 6 people
