You choose your flavor! You can change it up! For this example, we will use vanilla!Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbspInstant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water, .25 cup, dry, yieldsDannon - OIKOS Greek Nonfat Yogurt (Vanilla), 1 cup, 1 cupWhey vanilla protein - 1/2 scoopI also counted really find organic and all natural ingredients when creating this... so when getting these items try to get everything organic and all natural!
Directions
In a bowl mix all the ingredients, put it in the fridge for about 5 minutes to let the powder settle and then eat!

This is a HIGH calorie meal BUT its high in proteins AND potassium! Its a GREAT way to recover AFTER a HARD workout!
