ground sirloin, preferable grass fed beef1 large red bell pepper1 med. to large yellow onion2 cloves garlicred pepper flakes crushed cumin cayenne pepper or chili peppersea salt to taste and fresh ground pepper
Saute sirloin in frying pan with 1/2 tbs coconut oil, then put in crock pot. Chop pepper, onion and smash garlic cloves and put into crock pot. Chop 6 tomatoes and add to crock pot. Add spices then turn crock pot on low and cook for 8 hours.
