Ingredients
Taco Beef (Lean & Extra Lean Ground Beef Mix) (1Cup), 2 cup Spinach, fresh, 3 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 2 servingOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz Avacado, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Fry ground beef and add taco seasoning. In a large bowl add spinach and top with ground beef, tomatoes, green onions, and cheese. Top with sliced avocado.
