Banana Oatmeal Muffin

Ingredients
This is the half batch recipe. 1 1/2 cups flour 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup oil 1/2 cup honey
Directions
add all of the dry ingredients together first, then in a separate bowl the wet. Mix bowls together. I used 1/3 cup measuring cup to fill the muffin tin and they made the perfect size muffins. Cook for 15 minutes at 400*F
