5 Ingredient Potatoe/Leek Soup

Ingredients
2 Yukon gold potatoes2 leeks2 stalks of celery (great to use your wilted ones)2 cans of chicken broth1 can evaporated milk
Directions
Chop a vegetables into about 1 inch pieces, place in a pot with the chicken broth of your choosing and bring to a boil for about 20 minutes on until potatoes are tender. Pour about half of the mixture into a blender and puree to the desired consistency. Pour back into the pot, add the can of evaporated milk of your choice. Stir and serve.
